Vladu 11’s Custom NPC

We present to you the exclusive mod “Vladu 11’s Custom NPC” for Minecraft Pocket Edition, which allows you to introduce new NPCs into the game! This can be particularly useful if you wish to add characters without the risk of them taking damage. For instance, if you are looking to create a custom adventure map, you will need to generate a new NPC within the Minecraft PE world.

How does it work?

The NPC (non-player character) serves as a replacement for the standard villagers in the Minecraft Pocket Edition world. They can also be spawned using villager spawn eggs and utilized to craft a map with an engaging storyline and adventures. Create an NPC and integrate them into the narrative of the MCPE world.

You can easily name your NPC by using an anvil and a name tag from the MCPE world. Simply type the desired text on the name tag with the anvil and apply it to the NPC.

All NPCs in the Minecraft PE world possess complete immunity to fire, TNT, lava, and other forms of damage. Once an NPC is created, you cannot harm it, so be very careful about where you decide to place your NPC.

How to Change an NPC’s Skin?

You can change the skin of an NPC, but you will need either a computer or an Android device. iOS users will have to put in some extra effort to change the skin in Minecraft Pocket Edition, as you do not have direct access to the files on your device, and you will need to use the iFunbox program on a computer to modify the files.

1. Locate the following path on your device: /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/Custom (or another similarly named folder)/textures/entity/villager
2. Find the image farmer.png and replace it with your desired one
3. Ensure that the new skin is named exactly farmer.png
4. Restart Minecraft PE

Installing Vladu 11’s Custom NPC (.mcpack)

• Download the mod labeled “.mcpack” below.
• Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
• Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to the world settings.
• Set the imported:
  — Resource Packs.
  — Addons.
• Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
• It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!

Installing Vladu 11’s Custom NPC (.zip)

• Download the mod below.
• Extract the two folders from the archive.
• Move the folder “-B- Custom NPC -by Vladu11.zip” to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ folder.
• Move the folder “-T- Custom NPC -by Vladu11.zip” to the /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/ folder.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
• Create a new world or edit an existing one.
• Set the selected world with the resource pack and addon that you previously moved to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
• Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
