Valliars – The Mystic Pets
Mod “Valliars – The Mystic Pets” introduces new mobs to Minecraft PE, replacing all existing child mobs. These newly added creatures are extremely rare, and if you happen to encounter them in the MCPE world, I highly recommend taming them immediately. They are incredibly useful, making them the best pet mobs in Minecraft Pocket Edition.
Taming Valliars involves new mobs that take the place of current child mobs. The spawn rate is just 5%, meaning finding these creatures will be quite challenging.
You will know you have found a Valliars mob if you see a creature resembling a child running away from you.
To tame it, use an enchanted apple (with a 50% taming chance).
- iOS / Android: Hold the enchanted apple and long-press on the mob, then tap the Tame button.
- Windows 10: Hold the enchanted apple and right-click on the mob.
Once tamed, you can choose from three different sizes for the mob.
- Cookie – Child Form
- Cocoa Beans – Adult Form
- Prismarine – Fairy Form
Armor and Weapons
Equip Valliars with various armors and weapons. However, simply providing them with weapons is not enough. First, Valliars must learn specific weapon skills in Minecraft PE.
Mob Training System
Damage
After equipping a mob with a weapon, you need to train it in combat skills. Below are the items you should give to the mob to teach it how to fight.
- Zombie – Iron Ingot
- Skeleton – Arrow
- Husk – Gold Ingot
- Stray – Snowball
The damage dealt by the weapon will improve over time. Once the mob masters the diamond sword, it will have reached the highest level.
Speed
Agility is a crucial aspect of being a good warrior. Here’s a list of items you should use to train your mobs.
- Zombie – Gunpowder
- Skeleton – Rabbit’s Foot
- Husk – Magma Cream
- Stray – Sugar
You will know the mob has reached its highest level when it starts wearing diamond boots.
Health
Another important attribute is health. To increase a mob’s health, give it one of the following items.
- Zombie – Fermented Spider Eye
- Skeleton – Poisonous Potato
- Husk – Glistering Melon
- Stray – Golden Apple
When the mob wears a diamond chestplate, it will signify that it has achieved maximum health.
Installing Valliars – The Mystic Pets (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to the world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Add-on Packs for the world. - Select the imported resource packs/addons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Valliars – The Mystic Pets (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the “Valliars – The Mystic Pets” folder from the archive.
- Move the “Valliars – The Mystic Pets” folder to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Set the selected world to use the addon you previously moved to the behavior_packs folder.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy the game!
