UnderTale Friends

The mod “UnderTale Friends” introduces characters from the video game Undertale into the world of Minecraft Pocket Edition. You can tame these characters and take them along on your adventures throughout the MCPE world. Additionally, there are several unique bosses that you and your friends can challenge in epic battles.

How does it work?

Characters from Undertale can be found spawning in villages, as they replace the villagers in the Minecraft PE world.

You can befriend each character by giving them a heart (iron ingot).

• iOS / Android: Hold the heart (iron ingot) in your hand, long-press on the character, and select Tame
• Windows 10: Hold the heart (iron ingot) in your hand and right-click on the character to tame them

Characters from Undertale (villagers) are also incredibly powerful in Minecraft PE. This means they can defeat most mobs and bosses in MCPE with a single hit.

• Health: 1000 hearts
• Attack Damage: 500

There are also three bosses. The only way to defeat them is to tame several Undertale characters. Their health and attack damage in Minecraft Pocket Edition may be a glitch, as they are extremely powerful.

  • Health: 49999.5 hearts
  • Attack Damage: 9999
• Sans
  • Replaces the Skeleton
  • Health: 2 hearts
  • Shoots arrows
  • Does not burn in sunlight
• Papyrus
  • Replaces the Stray
  • Health: 1250 hearts
  • Shoots arrows
  • Does not burn in sunlight

Installing UnderTale Friends (.mcpack)

• Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” below.
• Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
• Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to world settings.
• Set the imported:
  — Resource Packs.
  — Addons.
• Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
• It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!

Installing UnderTale Friends (.zip)

• Download the mod below.
• Extract the two folders from the archive.
• Move the “undertale-bp” folder to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ folder.
• Move the “undertale-friends-rp” folder to the /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/ folder.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
• Create a new world or edit an existing one.
• Set the selected world with the resource pack and addon that you previously moved to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
• Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy the game!
