Uncharted Waters
It’s hard to deny that fishing in Minecraft on Android could use some enhancements – the process of catching fish can be quite dull. The mod Updated Fishing (Uncharted Waters) unfortunately doesn’t alter the mechanics, but it does add variety to the fishing experience.
Features of the Uncharted Waters Mod
The first thing the Updated Fishing (Uncharted Waters) modification introduces to Minecraft is a selection of new fishing rods. Each rod comes with its own unique traits, such as increased chances of discovering treasures.
Several new blocks.
If you’re too lazy to trek to the water in Minecraft BE, you can cast your fishing rods directly into them. Be cautious when using equipment – water blocks will destroy fire rods, while lava blocks will do the opposite.
Armor of the Sea God.
This outfit can be obtained in MCBE by fishing. It is an extremely rare fish that can actually be caught in water blocks. In terms of stats, it slightly outperforms netherite gear.
Additionally, you can acquire all items from the modification through creative mode. Enjoy your gaming!

Installing Uncharted Waters (.mcaddon)
- Download the mod labeled as “.mcaddon” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into Minecraft.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to world settings.
- Set the imported for the world:
— Resource Packs.
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource packs/addon in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the game client Minecraft PE after this.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world Minecraft, and enjoy the addon!
