Toggleable Names

The modification known as Toggleable Names can confidently be categorized as beneficial for Minecraft Pocket Edition. There are often instances where the visibility of usernames may negatively impact gameplay.

How the Toggleable Names Mod Functions

There are several universal commands for the Minecraft Bedrock Edition that can be used with this modification:

• /function show – reveals player names if name visibility is turned off
• /function hide – conversely, hides all player names without exception
• /event entity @playername:hide will conceal a specific character’s name
• /event entity @playername:show – on the other hand, will display their name in MCBE

This mod is perfect for use on almost any multiplayer map, provided it’s not a survival mode, but rather something like a mini-game in MCPE, where seeing names isn’t necessary at all.
