The Wandering Illager
The mod “The Wandering Illager” introduces a wandering merchant in the form of an illager. He has gray skin and is not as patient as the typical merchant in Minecraft. If you decide to attack him, the illager won’t just stand there; he will retaliate.
Accompanying the wandering illager is his donkey.
You can trade with him, but currently, the trading system is not fully developed.
If you attack the wandering illager, he will become angry and chase you, threatening you with his iron sword.
Additionally, if you call him Steve, he will start attacking everyone except the donkeys. Other wandering illagers will not remain uninvolved and will also feel the wrath of their companion.
Certainly, the new illagers will target snowy and iron golems, villagers, and regular wandering traders. Therefore, if you have your own village in Minecraft, make sure that no wandering illager sneaks into your territory.
Installing The Wandering Illager (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into Minecraft.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- Set the imported options for the world:
— Resource Packs.
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world in Minecraft, and enjoy the addon!
