Snowgrunt
The Snow Golem has transformed into a formidable snowman known as Snowgrunt after the application of the mod “Snowgrunt“! This creature is regarded as a boss due to its immense power, which is showcased through a wide array of attack styles in Minecraft PE, along with its increased health. The model and textures have also been completely revamped. Snowy biomes are sure to become a more perilous environment with this monster around!
How Does It Work?
Snowgrunt has a rare spawn rate in snowy biomes. However, if you prefer not to spend too much time searching for it, you can easily summon it in your Minecraft PE world using the same method you would for spawning an iron golem. Construct a spawn structure using four snow blocks and one pumpkin.
Of course, the snowman is hostile towards players in Minecraft Pocket Edition. It possesses two distinct attack types, which include explosive snowballs and explosive ice blocks.

Installing Snowgrunt (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- Set the imported for the world:
— Resource Packs.
— Addons. - Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Snowgrunt (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the two folders from the archive.
- Move the “Snowgrunt Behavior Pack” folder to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Move the “Snowgrunt Resource Pack” folder to the /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Set the selected world to use the resource pack and addon that you previously moved to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
- All set! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
