Smaller Spiders
The mod «Smaller Spiders» will reduce the size of all spiders in the world of Minecraft PE (including regular and cave spiders) to a more realistic scale. This makes them harder to defeat, as their hitbox has also been significantly reduced. To balance their abilities, they have been given a new weakness: water.
While the mod enhances realism in the game, it also increases the difficulty of survival in Minecraft PE, as they remain just as aggressive as before.
Spiders continue to be hostile only at night. However, I recommend keeping a bucket of water nearby in MCPE so you can quickly deal with them in case of danger.
How to Install Smaller Spiders (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as «.mcpack» below.
- Open the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to world settings.
- For the world, enable the imported:
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource packs/addons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Start Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world in MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
How to Install Smaller Spiders (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the folder named «Smaller Spiders Addon» from the archive.
- Move the folder «Smaller Spiders Addon» to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Enable the addon that you previously moved to the behavior_packs folder for the selected world.
- All set! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
