Scars

Scars is a hardcore Minecraft mod that makes every death matter. It introduces a progressive trauma system where your maximum health decreases with each death, forcing you to play more carefully.

Stop dying without consequences. With Scars, every mistake leaves a mark on your health bar.

✨ Key Features:

Trauma System: Each death reduces your maximum health (default: -2 hearts).

Difficulty Limits: You won’t get stuck at zero! Minimum health caps depend on difficulty (0.5 to 1.5 hearts) and are fully customizable.

Dynamic Recovery: Your “scars” heal over time. Max health slowly returns to normal. Recovery speed scales with game difficulty.

Healing Sleep: A good rest is the best medicine. Sleeping through the night restores a portion of your maximum HP.

Visual Effects: Red “blood” particles appear around wounded players. The effect intensifies as your health gets lower.
