How Does It Work?
Now, the chicken will be replaced with a powerful new airplane, enabling you to navigate the world of Minecraft Pocket Edition. This is quite a sizable toy, if you will, and it will certainly enhance your survival experience.
Before taking off, you need to refuel the airplane by tossing canisters into it, which serve as a replacement for snowballs in the MCPE world. This needs to be done regularly.
Next, you will need to grab the remote control, which will allow you to pilot the airplane. Due to the airplane’s high speed, it may feel like it is ascending rather than moving forward.
- IOS/Android: Hold the remote control (which replaces the carrot on a stick), long-press on the airplane, and then click the appearing Ride button.
- Windows 10: While holding the remote control (which replaces the carrot on a stick), right-click on the airplane.
During your flight in the Minecraft PE world, you will be positioned behind the airplane, controlling it with the remote.
Installing Remote Controlled Aircraft (.mcaddon)
- Download the mod labeled as .mcpack below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Resource Packs.
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource packs/addons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
