Recyclable Arrows
Remember that moment in Minecraft PE when you shot an arrow at an enemy, only to find that the arrow disappeared and you couldn’t retrieve it? And then they eventually run out… Now, with the mod “Recyclable Arrows” for Minecraft Pocket Edition, you won’t face this issue anymore, as this mod allows you to collect any arrows, regardless of whether they hit an enemy. This is particularly useful for those who enjoy hunting in the MCPE world, as you can now gather all your arrows after a hunt. Just walk through the areas where you dealt damage to mobs.
How does it work?
For instance, if you shoot an arrow at a horse in Minecraft Pocket Edition, the arrow will pierce through the horse and continue flying, landing behind it.
Now, simply locate the arrow and pick it up without any hassle. The advantage here is that you can shoot an enemy with an arrow and then easily retrieve it from where it landed in the MCPE world. Previously, this was impossible, as you couldn’t collect the arrow after hitting a target.
However, a nuance to consider is that now an arrow can pierce through multiple mobs in a single flight, dealing damage to everyone in its path. Personally, I think this is excessive, but unfortunately, it’s necessary to implement this idea in MCPE.
Installing Recyclable Arrows (.mcpack)
- Download the mod marked as “.mcpack” below.
- Open the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to the world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Add-on Packs for the world. - Select the imported resource packs/addons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Start Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured MCPE world, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Recyclable Arrows (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the “recyclable” folder from the archive.
- Move the “recyclable” folder to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Set the selected world to use the addon you previously moved to the behavior_packs folder.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
