Placeable Food
The mod «Placeable Food (Food on the Table)» introduces new decorative food items that can be placed on plates, including slabs and 3D food models. Currently, these items serve only as decorations, as you cannot consume any food from these plates in Minecraft PE. This concept is undoubtedly intriguing, as it enhances the functionality of food items beyond mere consumption!
How does it work?
To use it, place a plate and then select a food item to put on the plate in MCPE. This feature is primarily for decoration, as you won’t be able to eat the food from the plate.
- iOS / Android: Long press on the plate with any food item and tap the interaction button to place it on the plate.
- Windows 10: Right-click on the plate with food to place it on the plate.
You can remove food from the plate using a wet sponge.
The Shulker has been replaced by a plate!
Additionally, some colors have been replaced with candles, and mob heads have been substituted with various bowls and cups.

Installing Placeable Food (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as «.mcpack» below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to world settings.
- Set the imported resources for the world:
— Resource Packs.
— Addon Packs. - Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
