What are the most unusual pets you can think of? A snake, a puma, or perhaps a monkey? No matter what you name, you will still be far from the truth, as the mod “PetRock (Rock Pet)” introduces the strangest companion of all—a rock!

Rocks naturally spawn in nearly every biome of Minecraft, so you won’t need to wander the world in search of a new friend.

Features

Wild Rock:

• A neutral mob that never attacks first.
• Can be found in all standard biomes.
• Health: 20.
• Attack damage: 3.
• Tamed using stone.
• Upon death, wild stones drop coal, while adult ones also leave behind stone.

Tamed stone:

• Health: 50.
• Attack damage: 5.
• Peaceful inhabitants of Minecraft. They will safeguard you from any other mobs and even players.

Installing PetRock (.mcpack)

• Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” below.
• Open the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into Minecraft.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
• For the world, set the imported:
  — Resource Packs.
  — Addons.
• Select the imported resource packs/addons in each section.
• It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE game client afterward.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world in Minecraft, and enjoy the addon!
