OP Bonus Chest
Bonus chests are a new feature introduced in version 1.2 of Minecraft. This feature can be activated for Minecraft PE worlds, and upon starting a new game, you will receive various items. By default, this list includes wooden tools, food, and other items. However, with the mod “OP Bonus Chest” for Minecraft Pocket Edition, these items will be replaced with diamond tools, emeralds, and other valuable resources.
How does it work?
This mod is compatible only with version 1.2 of Minecraft. When creating a new world, you can enable the bonus chest. This option is not activated by default, so you will need to turn it on manually. 
The chest will appear very close to where you spawn in your newly created Minecraft Pocket Edition world. Open the chest to receive enhanced items.
Installing OP Bonus Chest (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Add-on Packs for the world. - Select the imported resource packs/addons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing OP Bonus Chest (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the folder “OP Bonus Chest2” from the archive.
- Move the folder “OP Bonus Chest2” to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Apply the addon that you previously moved to the behavior_packs folder for the selected world.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
