Ogre Addon
Ogre Addon Mod — this addon transforms iron Golems into ogres. An ogre is a one-eyed character (monster) commonly found in various fantasy and science fiction books and films. Typically, ogres are dangerous creatures that consume humans, but this is not the case in Minecraft Pocket Edition. Here, ogres are friendly as long as you treat them with respect.
How to find an ogre?
This modification replaces the standard golem with an ogre. Look for a suitable location to spawn the ogre, then arrange iron blocks as shown in the image below. Next, place a pumpkin on the top center iron block to summon the Ogre.
Here is what the Ogre looks like in the world of Minecraft Pocket Edition — quite intimidating, isn’t it? However, it is actually quite friendly. The ogre will attack monsters to protect you and the villagers.
Installing the Ogre Addon:
- Download the mod.
- In the directory «games/com.mojang/», create a folder named «resource_packs».
- Extract the mod from the archive and move only the folder from this archive into the «resource_packs» folder.
- Go to settings — global textures.
- Select the downloaded mod.
- The mod is installed — now restart MCPE (this is essential!)!
