Nuclear Weapons
The mod «Nuclear Weapons» replaces four items in the Minecraft Pocket Edition world with more destructive alternatives. This weapon truly tests the limits of explosions, and after using some of them, your game might crash if you’re on a weaker device. However, the worst that can happen is that you may need to restart the game. Hopefully, this will satisfy your desire for destruction in the Minecraft PE universe.
How to Use the Weapons?
The following items in Minecraft PE have been replaced with explosives and weapons that are significantly more powerful in terms of destructiveness.
- Bow: Rocket Launcher
- Snowball: Explosive Throwing Device
- Egg: Grenade
- TNT: Nuclear Explosive
These items will function just like before, but you’ll notice that the effects of each weapon have drastically changed.
In this instance, I decided to test the rocket launcher, which replaces the bow in MCPE, and with just one or two shots, I was able to demolish an entire building.
The nuclear explosive, which replaces TNT in Minecraft Pocket Edition, is similar in destructiveness to TNT in Nukes PE. This TNT is likely to cause significant lag in your game. If you’re using a low-end device, we do not recommend using this particular item, as it may lead to a game crash.
Other types of weapons create similar explosions. To truly experience this in MCPE, we recommend downloading this mod and trying it out for yourself!
Installing Nuclear Weapons (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as «.mcpack» below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to the world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Resource Packs.
— Addons. - Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Nuclear Weapons (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the two folders from the archive.
- Move the folder «Behaviourpacks» to the folder /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/
- Move the folder «Resource Packs» to the folder /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Set the selected world with the resource pack and addon that you previously moved to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy the game!
