Mythic Mobs
If you’ve been playing Minecraft PE for a while, are you tired of encountering the same monsters repeatedly? That’s why today we invite you to download and install an amazing mod called Mythic Mobs for Minecraft Pocket Edition, which introduces 5 new mythical creatures into your favorite game. Each one is ready to attack you at any time! The werewolf is the exception, as it only becomes dangerous at night. All these mobs are incredibly perilous mythical beings that will enhance your beloved MCPE experience.
How Were the Mobs Added?
Berserker (replaces the wither skeleton): This fierce demon can be found in the Nether realm of Minecraft Pocket Edition. It has received a terrifying new appearance.
Crossbone (replaces the winter skeleton): This dangerous mob features unique blades on its arms, earning it the nickname Wolverine. You definitely wouldn’t want to encounter this creature in MCPE, as it could easily slice you apart.
Reptilian (replaces the zombie): This new mob roams the world of MCPE, hunting players and villagers. It’s a highly dangerous mythical being that can kill you if you decide to fight it alone.
Magician (replaces the skeleton): A powerful sorcerer capable of attacking you with three types of projectiles: fireballs, shulker bullets, and wither skulls—all available to the mage!
Werewolf (replaces the iron golem): As you might guess, this werewolf can be spawned just like a regular iron golem.
During the day, the werewolf appears as a normal untamed wolf in Minecraft Pocket Edition. But once the sun sets… the wolf transforms into a hostile bipedal werewolf! This mob will attack players, sheep, and villagers upon sighting them.
Chimera (replaces the creeper): This large cat has a real snake head instead of a tail! This mythical creature is considered extremely dangerous due to its deadly speed! One of the main goals of this cat is to inflict damage using a special poison that can quickly take you down.
Most mythical creatures are hostile towards each other, so you can spawn them in the world of Minecraft PE and witness an epic battle unfold!
Installing Mythic Mobs (.mcaddon)
- Download the mod marked as “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/resource pack into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Resource Packs.
— Addons. - Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
- It’s recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Mythic Mobs (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract two folders from the archive.
- Move the folder “Mythic Mobs Behavior” to the directory /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/
- Move the folder “Mythic Mobs Resource” to the directory /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Apply the resource pack and addon you moved earlier to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your gameplay!
