MultiplayerTanks

The mod «MultiplayerTanks (Multiplayer Tanks)» introduces two new military tanks in Minecraft PE, designed specifically for multiplayer gameplay. You can hop into a tank and drive around, as well as fire powerful missiles at other players in Minecraft Pocket Edition or hostile mobs you encounter during your adventures. How Does It Work?

There are two distinct tanks, each functioning similarly in MCPE. Once you enter either tank, you’ll be able to control it, moving and jumping normally.

• iOS / Android: Long press on the tank and select Ride or Drive
• Windows 10: Right-click on the tank to ride it

This add-on is perfect for multiplayer gaming as it adds tanks in two different colors. It also replaces two items in the game with explosives that you can throw at your enemies in Minecraft PE, ideally while seated in the tank, simulating a missile launch from the vehicle.

Each tank has its own unique characteristics.

• The Blue Tank
  • Advantage: Faster driving
  • Disadvantage: Weaker missile system
• The Red Tank
  • Advantage: More powerful missile system
  • Disadvantage: Slower driving

  • Replaces the Zimogor
  • Health: 100 full hearts
  • Can jump
  • Fire resistance
  • Heavy tank, slow driving but powerful cannon.
  • Red projectiles (replaces Ender Pearls) – items fired by red tank drivers
• Blue Tank
  • Replaces the Wither Skeleton
  • Health: 100 hearts
  • Can jump
  • Fire resistance
  • Lightweight tank, fast driving
  • Blue projectiles (replaces snowballs) – items fired by blue tank drivers

Installing MultiplayerTanks (.mcaddon)

• Download the mod marked with “.mcpack” below.
• Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
• Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to world settings.
• Set the imported options for the world:
  — Resource Packs.
  — Addons.
• Select the imported resource packs/addon in each section.
• It’s recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!

Installing MultiplayerTanks (.zip)

• Download this mod below.
• Extract the two folders from the archive.
• Move the folder “MT BehaviorPack” to the directory /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/
• Move the folder “MT ResourcesPack” to the directory /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
• Create a new world or edit an existing one.
• Assign the selected world the resource pack and addon that you moved earlier to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
• Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy playing!
