Monorail

The mod “Monorail (Монорельс)” transforms the minecart into a suspended monorail in Minecraft Bedrock. It should not be confused with traditional monorails found in some countries like Malaysia. Suspended monorails are a rare type of train that operates on tracks above them, and only two countries globally utilize this technology: Japan and Germany.

This is the first and only monorail mod available for all versions of Minecraft Bedrock.

How does it work?

The rails shown in the screenshots are invisible, but don’t worry; this is just for aesthetic purposes. The mod includes a version where the rails are visible. Additionally, it features two behavior packs. One pack offers a standard mode while the other places you at the front during travel, as depicted in the screenshot.

The model used in this add-on does not represent any existing train design.

Installing Monorail (.mcpack)

• Download the mod labeled — “.mcpack” below.
• Open the downloaded file to import the add-on/texture into Minecraft.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to world settings.
• Set the imported options for your world:
  — Resource Packs.
  — Add-on Packs.
• Select the imported resource/add-on packs in each section.
• It is recommended to restart the game client Minecraft PE afterward.
• Start Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world Minecraft, and enjoy the add-on!
