Mine-Car
Mine-Car Mod — this modification introduces three new vehicles into the world of Minecraft PE [which replace three mobs in the game].
These vehicles provide an alternative means of transportation within Minecraft Pocket Edition.
The newly added cars allow for easier and faster travel across the world, enhancing your overall experience. They do not require fuel and can traverse almost any terrain, making them a glimpse into the future of automotive travel!
How to Drive a Car?
First, you need to locate a car that you will later enter. The simplest way to obtain a vehicle is by playing Minecraft Pocket Edition in creative mode.
In total, the Mine-Car mod adds three distinct vehicles to the Minecraft Pocket Edition world, which you can use to navigate through MCPE. Each vehicle replaces a specific mob in the game:
- Red Car — Wanderer.
- Blue Car — Wither Skeleton.
- Green Car — Skeleton.
- Orange Car — Zombie Pigman.
- Yellow Car — Drowned.
Use spawn eggs to create a vehicle. In this example, we chose to get the red car. There are no technical differences among the three cars; they only vary in color, while their speed and handling remain identical.
It’s possible that the creator of this mod may add more features to these vehicles in the future. Perhaps the textures will become more realistic, but that’s something to look forward to.
Approach the car and press the “Sit” button to enter it. To start the vehicle, you’ll need a key [specifically, a carrot on a stick]. When holding the carrot on a stick, the car will move. Look in the desired direction, and the car will automatically drive forward.
You can stop the car by removing the carrot from your hand. To exit the vehicle, simply press the jump button.
Be cautious! You wouldn’t want to accidentally hit someone with your car, would you?! Cars in MCPE offer an alternative method of getting around in Minecraft Pocket Edition.
Below is a map featuring a ready-made racing track. Additionally, the player interface includes all necessary components for driving the car.
Installing Mine-Car (.zip):
- Download the addon below.
- Extract two folders from the archive.
- Move the folder “(Resource) Mine-Car” to /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/
- Move the folder “(Behavior) Mine-Car” to /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Apply the addon and resource pack that you previously moved to the required folders.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy the game!
