Lucky Crystal
The mod «Lucky Crystal (Crystal of Fortune)» introduces a new type of crystal in Minecraft Pocket Edition, which will spawn randomly throughout your world. You can interact with the crystal to receive various effects, but it’s impossible to predict whether these effects will be beneficial or detrimental. In this way, they are quite similar to luck blocks and can prove to be very advantageous for you.
How does it work?
The Lucky Crystals appear all over the Overworld in Minecraft PE. Each time a pig spawns, there is a chance that instead, a Lucky Crystal will appear. You can also use a pig spawn egg to attempt to generate a crystal.
Here’s a list of different statuses you might gain by interacting with a Lucky Crystal:
- Speed
- Increased Jump Height
- Instant Health
- Health Boost
- Levitation
- Massive Damage
- Explosion
- No Effect
- Hunger
- Poison
- Slowness
These crystals can also affect mobs. Some of the crystals can be used strategically to trick monsters into colliding with them (in hopes of causing an explosion).
Installing Lucky Crystal (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as «.mcpack» below.
- Open the downloaded file to import the addon/resource pack into MCPE.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- Apply the imported packs to your world:
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the game client Minecraft PE afterward.
- Start Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Lucky Crystal (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the folder named “Lucky Crystal” from the archive.
- Move the “Lucky Crystal” folder to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Apply the addon that you moved to the behavior_packs folder to the selected world.
- All set! Restart Minecraft PE and have fun playing!
