Illusionist
I believe there are players of Minecraft PE who keep a close eye on all upcoming game updates, including those for Minecraft for PC. Today, we are excited to offer you the chance to download and install the mod titled “Illusionist” for Minecraft Pocket Edition, which will introduce a true illusionist character that many have been anticipating in Minecraft version 1.12 for PC. Currently, not much is known about this mob, so any new information regarding the illusionist remains speculative, as it’s hard to predict what the future mob in the world of MCPE will be like.
How Does It Work?
Now, the evoker and vindicator will be replaced by the illusionist in the Minecraft Pocket Edition world. This means you’ll encounter the new mob in woodland mansions.
The illusionist is hostile towards players, meaning it will attempt to chase you down, blind you, and then ruthlessly attack. Therefore, it’s advisable to avoid encounters with it in the MCPE world unless you’re well-equipped.
Installing Illusionist (.mcaddon)
- Download the mod labeled — “.mcpack” below.
- Open the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- For your world, apply the imported:
— Resource Packs.
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Start Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured MCPE world, and enjoy the addon!
