Dessert!
Mod “Dessert! (Dessert)” transforms shulkers into delightful desserts! This includes everything from ice cream cubes to three-layer cakes. The primary aim of this add-on in Minecraft is to introduce new blocks resembling items that can be used to embellish your worlds and tables with delicious treats!
How does it work?
Place the Minecraft Cake (not a vanilla block) down, which replaces the shulker. This default cake serves as the base to create any other dessert items in Minecraft Bedrock.
Utilize any dye to alter the type of dessert. In this example, it has been transformed into a cherry cake.
- iOS / Android: Long press on the Minecraft Cake block (Shulker) and apply any dye to change the dessert.
- Windows 10: Right-click on the Minecraft Cake block (Shulker) and use any dye to modify the dessert.
In total, there are 17 desserts available in Minecraft Bedrock. Here you can view some of them. They are meant solely for decoration and not for consumption.
Installing Dessert! (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the add-on/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Resource Packs.
— Add-ons. - Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the add-on!
Installing Dessert! (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the two folders from the archive.
- Move the “Dessert! DAT” folder to /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/
- Move the “Dessert! RES” folder to /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Set the selected world with the resource pack and add-on that you previously moved to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
