DarkGlade03’s Furniture
The mod «DarkGlade03’s Furniture (Furniture)» replaces the shulker in Minecraft PE with an egg that can be transformed into various furniture items using different dyes. Some furniture pieces have unique behaviors. For instance, you can sit on chairs and use the trash can to dispose of unwanted items in MCPE. More features are expected to be added in the future. This is a fantastic option if you’re looking for new ways to decorate your home!
How does it work?
To spawn an item, place an immortal shulker, which resembles a small brick, on the ground using the Shulker spawn egg. Then, apply one of the dyes, which have been renamed and reimagined, to change the shulker.
Next, use any of the following dyes to convert the egg into furniture.
- Furniture Creator (Shulker Egg)
- Red Chair (Pink Dye) (Behavior: can sit)
- Oven (White Dye) (Behavior: Cooking food)
- Trash Can (Purple Dye) (Behavior: Disposing items)
- Blue Stool (Light Blue Dye) (Behavior: can sit)
- Oak Chair (Red Dye) (Behavior: can sit)
- Nightstand (Lapis Lazuli) (Behavior: 27 storage slots)
- Lamp (Black Dye)
- Bird (Orange Dye)
- Oak Table (Silver Dye)
- Sofa (Blue Dye) (Behavior: can sit)
- Wool Chair (Ink Sac) (Behavior: can sit)
- No other models available
All furniture can only be used for decoration, as there is no behavior pack to alter their functionality. This also means they will behave like shulkers.
Additional features will be introduced in a future update.
You can sit on all types of chairs, and you can also discard unnecessary items using the trash can.
There are several free models included in the pack that you can use to create your own furniture mod!
Installing DarkGlade03’s Furniture (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as «.mcpack» below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to the world settings.
- Set the imported for the world:
— Resource Packs.
— Addons. - Select the imported resource/addon packs in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing DarkGlade03’s Furniture (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the two folders from the archive.
- Move the folder «DarkGlade0» to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ folder.
- Move the «Resources» folder to the /games/com.mojang/resource_packs/ folder.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Set the selected world to use the resource pack and addon that you previously moved to the resource_packs and behavior_packs folders.
- Done! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy the game!
