Chocobo Expansion
The mod «Chocobo Expansion» introduces a fictional large riding bird from the video game universe into Minecraft. Chocobos and various new food types will assist you in exploring the Nether. Each bird possesses unique abilities.
All Chocobos are well-balanced, each having specific strengths and weaknesses. These new entities do not alter the Minecraft world in any way.
- The Red Chocobo can utilize the Nether portal, grants fire resistance, and is capable of jumping up to 22 blocks high without taking fall damage.
- The Blue Chocobo can run on water at a high speed but takes damage when falling from great heights.
- The Green Chocobo is the most powerful of all existing species.
- White and Yellow Chocobos do not have any significant differences. Their advantage lies in their ease of taming.
- The Yellow Chocobo carries a chest, which is larger than that of a horse.
Gysahl (Gysahl) is a fruit used for taming Chocobos. It can also be made into a soup with special properties. To obtain this fruit, you need to find a Chocobo trader in the savanna or in common biomes. Be sure to search carefully, as these traders spawn very rarely.
- The blue gisal soup allows underwater breathing for up to 128 seconds.
- The red gisal soup provides fire resistance for 15 seconds.
- The green gisal soup boosts speed for 15 seconds.
- The white gisal soup grants night vision for 64 seconds.
- The yellow gisal soup enables slow falling for 15 seconds.
- Curry Chocobo offers regeneration for 4.5 seconds.
- Using steak and Chocobo wings, one can create a variety of hearty dishes.
List of mobs that drop gisal as loot:
- Thieves, witches, skeletons, zombies, zombie pigmen, and enforcers.
The merchant utilizes fruit for trade.
Installing Chocobo Expansion (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” from below.
- Open the downloaded file to import the add-on/texture into Minecraft.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- For the world, set the imported:
— Resource Packs.
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource packs/add-ons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Start Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world Minecraft, and enjoy the add-on!
