Campfire Concept
Campfire is an upcoming feature in the next version of Minecraft. The mod titled Campfire Concept will introduce this idea to Minecraft in its early stages. Essentially, it acts as a new entity similar to a fireplace, offering a variety of functions for managing fire in Minecraft Bedrock.
How does it work?
You can ignite the campfire using flint and steel. To extinguish the fire, simply use a water bucket near the campfire, which will leave you with an empty bucket.
Features
- You can light the campfire with flint and steel (this will consume them).
- The campfire can be extinguished using a water bucket.
- When destroyed, the campfire drops between 1 to 2 coals.
- It does not replace any existing game entity, and you can also find the campfire item in spawn egg areas.
- The object has a collision box, allowing it to behave almost like a block.
- Sound effects for lighting and extinguishing the campfire.
Installing Campfire Concept (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as .mcpack below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into Minecraft.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- Set the imported options for the world:
— Resource Packs.
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported resource/add-on packs in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world Minecraft, and enjoy the addon!
