What the Better Vanilla Combat mod offers
A variety of items will now hold greater value in battles against foes in Minecraft. Here are the changes and additions the creator has implemented in the game:
- The trident and bow now feature headshot capabilities, dealing significant damage
- Snowballs can slow down opponents for four seconds
- Hitting an opponent with a chicken egg grants them the nausea effect in Minecraft
- Fireballs inflict damage within a two-block radius, which is less than direct hits
- Axes provide a strength effect but also impose a slowing penalty
- Elytra slightly enhance overall resistance in Minecraft PE
- A fishing rod can occasionally stun a mob when it makes contact.
- Wearing a carved pumpkin on your head no longer causes a blurring effect.
