It essentially mirrors the Java Minecraft World Edit mod by sk89q. As it is a JavaScript BlockLauncher (ModPE), it necessitates the installation of BlockLauncher or another compatible application that can run ModPE in Minecraft PE for optimal performance.

The purpose of this mod is to provide more advanced features for Minecraft PE compared to the original version. For instance, GhostGaming_HD mentioned that World Edit PE could generate ellipsoids and spheres, but this turned out to be inaccurate.
