Backstabbers
Backstabbers Mod — this addon alters the behavior of hostile mobs in Minecraft Pocket Edition. Once you install the Backstabbers addon, hostile mobs will engage in combat with each other. Now, when you are near a hostile mob, you have a chance to evade an attack, but only if another hostile mob comes between you and the attacking mob. This gives you more time and opportunities to dodge hostile mob attacks.
How does it work?
The world (especially at night when most hostile mobs, like spiders, are active) turns into a chaotic battlefield. Hostile mobs will attack one another, providing a fantastic opportunity to navigate through this war zone without clashing with other combatants.
You can set up battles between mobs by placing hostile mobs in a cage. You can confine two or more mobs at once and enjoy watching their fight. Zombie versus Skeleton – who will emerge victorious? Download and find out for yourself!
Installing Backstabbers (.mcpack)
- Download the mod marked with “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon into MCPE.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and go to the world settings.
- Set for the world:
— Add-on Packs. - Select the imported addon.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world MCPE, and enjoy the addon!
Installing Backstabbers (.zip)
- Download the mod below.
- Extract the folder from the archive.
- Move the “Backstabbers” folder to the /games/com.mojang/behavior_packs/ directory.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition.
- Create a new world or edit an existing one.
- Set the selected world to use the addon you previously moved to the behavior_packs folder.
- All set! Restart Minecraft PE and enjoy your game!
