AFK Fish Farm Fix
The purpose of the mod titled “AFK Fish Farm Fix” is to restore the ability to fish while being AFK, as Minecraft seems to have overlooked this feature. This is accomplished by modifying the fishing_hook object.
This mod will enhance the fishing experience in Minecraft Bedrock, allowing you to click a few times and then go AFK.
Issues that need addressing:
- Achievements will be disabled once you activate the mod in your world, but you can re-enable them (see the video for more details).
- Since you will need to click every half second or so, it can only be used on Windows or Android with an auto-clicker (this still needs to be addressed by Mojang).

How to Install AFK Fish Farm Fix (.mcpack)
- Download the mod labeled as “.mcpack” below.
- Run the downloaded file to import the addon/texture into Minecraft.
- Open Minecraft Pocket Edition and navigate to the world settings.
- Set the imported:
— Add-on Packs for your world. - Select the imported resource packs/addons in each section.
- It is recommended to restart the Minecraft PE client afterward.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, enter the previously configured world Minecraft, and enjoy the addon!
