Advanced Fishing
The limitation of being able to catch only four types of fish in Minecraft on Android prevents fishing from becoming a significant activity in the game. However, the mod Advanced Fishing addresses this issue.
Advanced Fishing is inspired by another well-known mod for Java. In Minecraft Bedrock, the experience will be quite similar – a wide variety of new fish species will appear in the water, which will be useful for crafting.
Benefits of the Advanced Fishing Mod
With the Advanced Fishing mod in Minecraft, players can discover approximately 40 new fish species. These fish will inhabit various biomes, each with a slight chance of being caught:

The fish can also be “processed” into a regular, albeit cooked, version. It remains unclear whether this is a feature of the mod or an incomplete aspect. To ensure the mod functions properly in Minecraft, make sure to enable experimental settings.
