Map: Surviving Mars
The incredible map titled “Surviving Mars” transports players of Minecraft to a brand new, largely unexplored planet—Mars. A small colony has already been established there, complete with various equipment: rockets, rovers, and even a massive excavator!

This map is set in a mesa biome, allowing you to mine numerous “alien ores.” The quaint town features everything you might need—a farm for food production, solar panels, and a gigantic rocket. In the Minecraft version of Mars, there’s even oxygen available, so your character won’t need to wear a spacesuit!
Installing the Surviving Mars Map (.mcworld)
- Download the map labeled as “.mcworld” from below.
- Open the downloaded file to import the map into Minecraft.
- Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, and then select the imported world.
