Minecraft PE 26.50.25 [Beta]

Minecraft PE 26.50.25 is Beta/Preview 26.50.25 from August 11, 2026, the fourth 26.50 test. Camp maps no longer point to another camp in the same biome, barrels can hold a white cushion and a straw bed, and a hoe breaks the straw bed faster. Wilderness Bound is already in the branch; this beta 26.50 does not ship the drop from scratch. Android gets Beta; Windows, Xbox, PlayStation and iOS get Preview. iOS for the same wave landed on August 9, 2026. Leave 26.50.24 and 26.50.26 to their own cards.

Camp barrels, gunpowder, same-biome maps

Seagrass in an abandoned camp is always waterlogged. Two campsite schematics dropped their duplicate cushion entries. A barrel can roll a white cushion and a straw bed. Firework rockets left the loot table; gunpowder sits in that slot now.

An explorer map from the camp no longer leads to another camp in the same biome. The sheet is a different-biome hunt, not a second copy of the lot you just looted. Poplar leaves pick up the right map color, and the labels Buried Ancient City, Buried Mineshaft, Desert Pyramid and Warm Ocean Ruins read as those structures. These are explorer maps, not a blanket “treasure map” item. Forest-and-camp points live under seeds and maps. The layer notes are Minecraft Beta & Preview — 26.50.25.

Sitting next to honey, sniffer eggs and chains

A cushion can occupy the same space as a honey block or a sniffer egg. Those blocks no longer offer support on the sides, so a ladder will not hang off the face. A chain is no longer a full block, so the cushion shares its volume. Ladders, vines and twisting vines will not attach to a chain. A lantern or a bell will not hang from the underside of a horizontal chain.

Break particles spawn on the cushion, not in the block under it. The sit hint is “Press SHIFT to get up.” /summon with no color yields white, not black. Adventure mode cannot break the cushion by hand. Packs that ship cushions, wool or concrete belong under Add-Ons.

Hoe, shears, dappled-forest water, stacked jukeboxes

A hoe breaks a straw bed faster than a fist or a sword. Wool and concrete stairs and slabs no longer always drop themselves in an explosion when tntExplosionDropDecay is on — without that rule the line does not apply. A wool stair or slab item hitting the ground sends no sculk vibration. Shears cut them faster, like full wool. All 16 concrete stairs and slabs cut in the stonecutter.

Flowing water in the dappled forest is no longer opaque; with shaders the bank reads as water again. Cherry, pale oak and poplar saplings do not burn. A sapling grows even with leaves above it. Several jukeboxes can play the same disc at once. On maps the red shrub uses the crimson nylium color and the shelf mushroom uses yellow terracotta.

From the same pass, in brief: a lava lake no longer turns village beds and doors to stone; a lava bucket on a cow does not yield milk; husks and zombies keep gear when they become drowned; flying over water with entities nearby could drop the client.
