Minecraft PE 1.26.10.23 [Beta]
Fresh Minecraft Preview 1.26.10.23 tightens up Drop 1 2026. This build polishes the baby mob visual pass with full humanoid coverage—Piglins, Villagers, Zombies and their variants finally got proportional heads instead of balloon skulls. Baby villagers now wear armor that actually fits, and the Golden Dandelion loses its bone meal exploit but gains proper crafting utility. The big accessibility win: you can finally bind the “Describe” function to a key, letting the game voice or text what you’re looking at. 28 bug fixes clean up textures, lighting, and multiplayer spam. Backup your worlds—this is still experimental.
| Category | Fix Details |
|---|---|
| Textures | Warm chicken chicks, brown rabbit babies, and turtle hatchlings now display correct color codes and patterns (matched to Java Edition standards). |
| Models | Foals, kittens, and piglets render with proper lighting and texture orientation—no more dark spots or mirrored UVs. |
| Skins | Fixed display glitches when switching to Classic skins and back to custom. No more missing layers or default Steve overlays. |
| Multiplayer | Removed random “player appearance updated” spam messages that flooded chat during realm joins. Cleaner communication log. |
| Accessibility | Subtitles and text-to-speech now trigger correctly for the new Describe function. |
| General | Miscellaneous UI bug fixes—button alignment, inventory tooltip positioning, and hotbar scaling on tablets. |
