In Minecraft for Android, players can craft intricately designed bookshelves:

- Designed for book storage – can hold up to 6 books

Fans of using signs can take advantage of a new option in Minecraft – the hanging sign:
- Can be placed beneath blocks and alongside them
- Can be installed under slabs
