Minecraft 1.16.0.59 (Beta version)

- Quartz bricks can only be crafted using quartz blocks.
- Shields can now be distributed and equipped by players in version 1.16.0.59.

Mob Fixes:
- Fixed the rotation of hoglins.
- A bug in the `MeleeAttackGoal` has been fixed, which prevented mobs from attacking while in a boat or minecart.
- The spawn rates for piglets, hoglins, and zombie piglins have been normalized.
- Gold armor can once again be properly equipped on pigs.
- Zombie piglins are now immune to fire.
- A bug that caused mobs to catch fire while standing on another entity in lava has been resolved.
- Bees will no longer get stuck under stairs.
- In Minecraft 1.16.0.59, adorable little heads have been added for baby hoglins.
- Mobs are now correctly outfitted with netherite armor.
- Pigs no longer get stuck on the edges of boats and minecarts.
- Endermen can now spawn in the Soul Sand Valley biome.
- Piglins and hoglins will now flee from Zoglins.
- The correct sound is now heard when transforming hoglins into zoglins.
