In the Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.13.0 Build 3 update, the developers at Mojang implemented a variety of bug fixes that were present in earlier versions, particularly in the initial build. Notably, the developers have addressed several issues, such as allowing beetroot soup to stack (as well as boats). Additionally, note blocks can now be powered by redstone. Bug Fixes:
Fixed a crash related to lighting the XOR Gate (something to do with physics)
Cooked mushrooms are no longer poisonous
The smelting progress indicator in the furnace now functions correctly
Clay is no longer generated in place of gravel
Fixed the texture of stone slabs
Monsters no longer remain aggressive when switching to Creative mode
Color can once again be used in chat!
Fixed disappearing “parts” of golems, villagers, and wolves
Note blocks can now receive power from redstone
Boats no longer create “holes” when under waterfalls
