A new version of Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.13.0 Build 1 has been released. This version is a preliminary build that contains numerous bugs affecting both the gameplay of Minecraft PE and the navigation buttons, which may not function or display correctly.
The update for Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.13.0 introduces a variety of exciting and much-needed features that have been absent for quite some time. For instance, the PocketPower Redstone addon will no longer receive updates, as its functionality is now integrated into the new Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.13.0!
