Minecraft PE 1.20.20.21 (Beta Version)
The developers have released a new beta version of Minecraft PE 1.20.20.21, which comes with a large number of improvements—be sure to download it for Android!

Improvements in Minecraft for Android 1.20.20.21
The crafting book search function has been reworked. Now, only recipes that match the beginning of the entered query will appear in the search results—so partial matches, like just a syllable, won’t be shown. Unavailable recipes will still be visible for reference.
Here are some of the changes and improvements you can expect in Minecraft Bedrock Edition:
- Recipe unlocking works without experimental world settings
- World option changes are instantly announced with screen reading
- A new rule has been implemented to regulate sleeping players
- Shulkers can now be mined faster without using a pickaxe
- Cocoa beans will break gravel when they fall onto it
- Arrows can now fall into powder snow
- An error message is implemented for iOS when memory is insufficient
Technical Updates and Mod Development Fixes
New templates for mod development have been added, along with numerous technical fixes in Minecraft. Here are some of the gameplay fixes:
- Fixed camel footstep sounds
- Corrected the map’s position when held
- Improved bone meal’s effect on certain blocks
- Fixed crouching in water—now automatically deactivates
- Fixed campfires in structures
- Addressed dark background when sleeping

- Corrected Xbox notifications
- Updated item icons
- Fixed vibration loss issues
