Fixes in Minecraft PE 1.17.20.20
In Minecraft PE 1.17.20.20, the developers continue to refine the gameplay experience. Here are the updates and fixes included in the beta version:
- You can now become a true samurai – bamboo can be destroyed with a single sword strike
- A new setting has been added to prevent the explosion of respawn anchors or beds
- The experimental settings for Caves and Cliffs no longer affect spawning
- The functionality of the sound sliders in the settings of Minecraft PE has been slightly modified
- The user interface has been improved
- To align the gameplay with Java Edition, the spawn rate of monsters in the Nether has been reduced
- The sound when using levers has been changed
- The volume setting for “blocks” has been fixed
- Items no longer disappear when repainting a shulker through crafting
- Fixed the issue with changing the color of birch and spruce leaves
- Resolved the bug causing powder snow blocks to appear from a cauldron in Minecraft Bedrock Edition
- Bees can now pollinate cave vines
- Corrected the bug related to stalactites falling incorrectly
- Powder snow no longer spawns when interacting with a cauldron
- The sound effect for using water buckets on a cauldron has been changed
- Added some lighting to the enchantment table
- Powder snow blocks can now be used with dispensers
- Fixed an issue that prevented text from being written on a sign placed on ground with roots
- Targets now transmit redstone signals
- The console commands /message and /tell can now be used without enabling cheats
- Entities no longer disappear when traveling through portals on maps
- Adjustments have been made to the shield position in the offhand
- Corrections have been applied to the soul speed enchantment on boots
- The model of kids no longer features horns
- Bubble columns have been fixed when loading structure blocks
- Five new events have been introduced
- Several enhancements have been made for the Gametest Framework mode
- Various technical fixes have been implemented.
