Download Minecraft PE 0.13.0 Build 5

Here is the list of changes in Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.13.0 Build 5.

Fixes:

• The new skin pack (“PvP Warrior”) has been slightly redrawn.
• Redstone has been slightly slowed down and now stays in sync with the inverter.
• Redstone now displays correctly on vertical surfaces.
• Redstone torches no longer retain their state for as long.
• Fire OS users can now look around using a controller.
