Requirements

• A total of 2-10 players is required. If the number falls outside this range, the game will not function properly.
• The version of Minecraft Bedrock must be 1.8 or higher.
• Please do not alter any technical settings.
• Additionally, refrain from using cheats or similar hacks, as this may lead to world corruption.

Features

• There are a total of 4 stages (4 checkpoints) and 14 obstacles.
• Each game lasts up to 8 minutes.

There will be 1-9 runners and one death.

If you are Death: Your mission is to eliminate all the runners using traps and bonuses (for instance, take down a runner by inflicting negative effects, etc. The effects won’t be given freely; they must be purchased with emeralds). Additionally, you can hold them back until the round concludes.

If you are a runner: You need to navigate through obstacles and reach the end of the map without losing your lives (You start with 3 lives, and you can purchase additional lives at each checkpoint from “life stations,” which will cost emeralds). It’s crucial to finish within 8 minutes. There are several traps controlled by death, so be cautious around it! 

How to Obtain Emeralds

You can acquire emeralds through the following methods:

1. By participating in the game, you can earn between 1 to 4 emeralds.
2. If you win the game, whether as a death or a runner, you may also randomly receive between 4 to 16 emeralds.

A spectator mode is available. If someone joins mid-game, they can click on the spectator button to watch the participants of the round. If any player dies, they can also become a spectator and observe the remaining players.

You don’t need to compete against other players to achieve victory. And remember, no matter how challenging it gets, these are just obstacles that everyone has the ability to overcome!

Installing the IL Death Run Map (.mcworld)

• Download the map labeled with “.mcworld” below.
• Open the downloaded file to import the map into Minecraft.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition, then select the imported world.
