OpenBlock Elevator Map [Redstone]

If you’ve played Minecraft for PC, you’re likely aware that many servers feature unique elevators capable of teleporting you up or down with just a single button press. Now, it’s time to experience this same mechanism in MCPE! We present to you the map “OpenBlock Elevator” for Minecraft Pocket Edition, where you’ll discover this special device that allows for teleportation. This is the perfect addition to your home if you’re a fan of mechanisms.

How does it work?

To operate the mechanism on this map for Minecraft Pocket Edition, three different commands are utilized within command blocks:

• /testfor – detects a player standing on a block
• /testforblock – checks whether the button has been pressed (activated or not). If the button is active, the player on the iron block will be teleported
• /tp – teleports the player

Stand on the iron block and jump to teleport to another floor.

You can teleport to yet another level by jumping again.

Use the button on the floor to descend.

Installing the OpenBlock Elevator map (.mcworld)

• Download the map labeled as “.mcworld” below.
• Run the downloaded file to import the map into MCPE.
• Launch Minecraft Pocket Edition and select the imported world.

Installing the OpenBlock Elevator map (.zip):

• Download the map.
• Extract the map from the archive.
• Move the map to the path: “/games/com.mojang/minecraftWorlds”.
• Open Minecraft PE > Play > Select the installed map.
• Enjoy your game!
